The following trades, goods, wares and mer
chandize, are considered hatardoue, and are charg
ed with 12$ cents per $100, in addition to the
premium above named for each class, viz:
Chair-makers, Chocolate-makert, -Sail-makrrs,
Tavern-keepers, Tobacco-manufacturers, Cbiaa,
Glass, and Earthen-ware in packages, Booksellers
stock, chip and straw hats, flax, hemp, groceries,
including spirituous liquors; oil, pitch, saltpetre,
tor, turpentine.
The following trades and occupations, goods,
wares and merchandize, are deemed extra hazard-
one, and will* be charged 25 cents and upwards

cified, for each class, viz:
Apodiecaries or Druggists, Boat-builders, Coach,
makers. Soap-boilers, I allow and Ship chandlers,
Cabinet-makers, Carpenters in their own shops,
or in biiiluings erecting or repsiring, Chemists,
China, Glass and Earthen-ware sellers, Coopers,
Dyers, Pounders, Musical instrument-makers,
Jewellers, and idl manufactories requiring the uae
of fire heat; aqtu-fortis, ether, gun-powder, spir
its of turpentine, hay, straw, fodder, and grain un
due shed.
Min.—Grist-mills, fulling Tmills, paper mills,
W mills, and other mills, distilleries, bakeries,
breweries, mall-houses, printing offices, book
binderies, and sugar refineries, will be insured at
special rates of premium.
N. B. Country houses, standing detached from
other buildings; though of die third das*, will be
insured at 100 cents per one hundred dollars.-—
Barns and Stables, in the counliy at 125 cents pec-

shall describe the same otherwise than as they
really are, so that the same be insured at less

heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
the payment of seven hundred and eighty
nine pounds, three'shillings and four pence
lawful money of the province of Georgia,
with interest from the date ofiaid mort
gage, due on a certain bond or obligation,

wit, all those two lots of land, situate in
the town (now city) Of Savanuah, known by

a certain half lot of land, situate, lying and being
in the city of Savannah, in New-Franklin ward,
and known uid distinguished in a plan of the said

with a two story house, situated thereon, and all
