In consequence of the ill health of the present proprietor of the Chatham Steam Saw Mills, and his intention of leaving Savannah, the above vain, able establishment is offered lor sale on liberal terms, either the whole or in shares. The engine is a sixteen horse power, which works two com* plete gangs of saws,* also a grift mill. The building is 120 feet long, has 60 feet carriages, and been in operation about six months, and i» in ever)' respect in complete order. ^An unexpiwd lease of tne wharf of nine years, which it 150 feet front, and 50u feet deep—also a good dwelling- house, with other out-buildings, all in good repair, will be sold with the mill.
