One thousand and’fifty acres of LAND, in Me-
Intosh county, Hroro neck, in two separate tracts,
one of which containing three hundred and sixty
(36'J) acres, is situated on ihe Salts, immediately
open to Sapelo Island remarkably lieallhy, with a
good two-etory dwelling House. Kitchen and oth
er necessary out buildings on tlie premises; two
hundred acres of which- are good cot'on land,
cleared and under good fence. The other tract,
which is within a mile and a half of the first, con
