One thousand and fifty acres of LAND, in Mc Intosh county, Broreyieck, in two separate tracts, one of which containing three hundred and sixty (360) acres, is situated cn the Salts, immediately open to Sapelo Island, remarkably healthy, with a good two-story dwelling House, Kitchen and oth er necessary out buildings on the premises; two hundred acres of which are good cotton land, cleared and under good fence. The other tract, which is within a mile and a half efthe first, con tains 640 acres, two hundred and fifty (250) of which aTe of first quality high inland swamp, very level and easily drained, having a large salt creek at either extremity—it may be considered as prime land for corn, cotton or sugar cane, and may be rendered perfectly secure by a force of 40 or 50 hands.—There is a great deal cf light red oak Land, some stoney krowles, and the balance well timbered pine barren.
