The subscriber offers for sale, his PLANTA TION, consisting of six hundred and sixty acres of land, situate on the road leading from Louis ville to Augusta, distant about three miles from the former place. It is well improved; and there is rather more than two huudred acres of cleared land, all fresh, and under excellent fences. With the plantation would be sold forty-five prime Slaves. One thousand and fifty acres of LAND, in Mc Intosh county, Broqi neck, in two separate tracts, one of which containing three hundred and sixty (360) acres, is situated on the Salts, immediately open to Sapelo Island, remarkably healthy, with a good two-story dwelling House, Kitchen and oth er necessary outbuildings on the premises; two hundred acres of which .re good cotton land, cleared and under good fence. The other tract, which is within a mile and a half of the first, con tains 640 acres, two hundred and fifty (250) of which are of first quality high inland swamp, very level and easily drained, having a large salt creek at either extremity—it may be considered as prime land for corn, cotton or sugar cane, and may be rendered perfectly secure by a force of 40 or 50 hands.—There is a great deal of light red oak land, some stoney knowles, and the balance well timbered pine barren. Upon the petition of James Hameiton, praying to be admitted to the benefit of the act for the re lief of insolvent debtors, tbe said James Hamel- ton being now in the custody of the sheriff of this count): It m ordered.
