One thousand and fitly acres of LAND, in Mc
Intosh county, Broro neck, in two separate tract*,
one of which containing three hundred and sixty
(360) acres, is situated .on the Salts, immediately
open to Sapelo Island, remarkably healthy, with a
good two-story dweUing House, Kitchen and oth
er necessary out buildings on the premises; two
hundred acres of which are good cotton land,
cleared and under good fence. The other tract,
which is within a mile and a half of the first, con
tains 640 acres, two hundred and fiftv (250)- of
which are of first quality high inland swamp, very
level add easily drained, having a large salt creek
at either extremity—it may be considered as prime
land for corn, cotton or sugar cane, and may be
rendered perfectly secure by a force of 40 or 50
hands.—There is a great deal of light red oak
land, some stoney krowles, and the balance well
timbered pine barren. For terms apply to Mr.
