Few dikcoverie# in modern chemistry promise more important results than that of Krcosote, hy Dr. Reicnenbnch, nn eminent chemist of Blnns- ko, in Monrovia. It is a highly rectified liquid product, obtained from wood, and is analogous to charcoal in it# antiseptic properties, hut far more powerful ns a corrective and preventive of de cay. Ellis's compound Kreosotn Tooth Wash, com bines the virtues of Kreosnte, of the strength adapted for this purpose, with other substances known to be highly advantageous in whitening and preserving the teeth. It i# confidently recommended to the pnblicas valuable compound, which may be used daily with great ndvantnge to the teeth and gums, at the -.line time leaving an p.*jreesb!e sensation in the mouth. There is no acid in this wash, nor any ingredients entering into it# composition, but ■nch as are highly beneficial to Urn teeth.
