A rjtccijic and lusting Cure for the Ferer and Ague.
T HIS worthy remedy earnestly repels tlie slur
of lie ing u quack medicine, it having been
the result of many years’ study, experience, and
Inlmur, in the medical practice and observation of
FEVER AND AGUE. It is composed nfsucli
medicinal principles as were considered most fit
to restore tha harmony of action lietween tlie
Stomach. Liver, and the other important func
tions of the system, the loss of which harmony is
evidently the immediate cansn oftiie disense. It
speedily promotes a regular and healthy appetite
which is ge a.'rally entirely destroyed or rendered
very precarious; by which effect, vigour and
strength is soon afforded to the whole system. It
must lie apparent tn all, that a medicine possess
ing these peculiar virtues, is useful iu a great va
riety of complaints. By renewing tlie healthy ac
tion of the digestive organs, it has proved itself
of remarkable benefit in Dyspepsia, Depraved
Appetite, Heart-burn, Water Ilmsli, Flatulency,
Jaundice, Night Sweats, Dystentcry, Bowel
Complaint-, and many other affections of similar
origin. But it is in the treatment of Fevers, and
especially in FEVER AND AGUE, or Inter
mittent Fever, that its powers have been princi
pally tested, ami with there who have seen it* use-
mliiesM. it is pronounced sovereign to oil remedies
heretofore discovered for those diseases. It lias
also been used as a preventive, by many who
were subject to a periodical recurrence of the
Chills and Fever, and it has always warded off
the apprehended attack. For sale by
