NKW ORLEANS, JUNE 4-CoUim—\V. hue
no Improvement to notice in the market since our
last review. The reduced prices at which the flaw
salea iulhe early part or tho week, have hardly
been sustained, and even at these rates buyers have
manirasted but little disposition to operate. The
transactions embrace 750 balea on Wednesday,2000
on Thursday, and 1000 yesterday, making an ag-
grogate for (he throe daya or 5,750 bales, and Ibr the
wees or6,250 balea. Aa regards prioea, holders of
largo data seem to prefer awaiting the arrival or the
next steamer to parting with their stocks at the
present currency) but there ia a considerable amoont
offering in (he hands or ractors who afe prepared to
meet the market. Hence, with any revival demand
even at low figures, there ia scope for a considera
ble business, in the depressed! condition or Ex
change, however, and the general condition or the
money market, and there being but fow orders or
any importance to execute, no material improve
ment can bo anticipated prevloua to receipt or “ ~
