D R. SPENCER’S VEGETABLE
TONIC Sc RESTORATIVE BITTERS.—
Health, "the poor man’s riches, the rich man's
blUs."—The design of .Spencer's Vegetable Piiia,
and Vegetable Tonic, and Restorative Bitters, is to
creole a flow of puro healthy bile, instead of tho
■tale and acrid kind. This is effected by their sal
utary action upon the various secretory organa by
which the bilo ia formed—and it will bo aeon at
once, that the bile must bo healthy or unhealthy,
according to the formation of tho blood : and that
the purity or impurity of tho blood, is oeing to the
formation of the Chyle, which nasaca into and forma
the blood. These Pills and Bitters, by their bene
ficial action upon the stomnch, enures that impor
tant organ to produce a proper quantity of pure,
healthy chyle, and «o astonishingly assisting diges
tion, that nearly nine-tenths of all diseases are re
lieved or entirely cured by their use
The objectof the Pills ia to stimulate all the
vital organa of tho ayatem into action, and thereby
cleanse tho stomach and bowels or all the morbific
and offensive matter with which tho system is
clogged, and which promotes disoaso. The Bit
ters are to strengthen and restore tho stomach
nnd vital organs to thoir proper lone nnd vigor.
When thia is accomplished, good health must of
courao be the result. For sale by

MY EAU LUSTRAL HAIR RESTORATIVE.
This universally approved and admired article, free
from ardent spirits, pungent essential oil, and other

C OLUMBIAN EMBROCATION
A remedy far Sea-Sicknesa.—It is an indis
putable fact that thousands of persona, whom busi
ness or pleasure calls to foreign countries, are
deterred from attempting a voyage on account
of the violent attacks of Sea • sickness to
which some persons are always liable in rough
weather, and Irom which few are exempt far many
days after the commencement of their first pasaice
by sea. It cannot be denied that numberless indi

f lad to seek another climate for the restoration of
mpaired heulth, in pursuit of wealth, or fretrytther
causes, were it not from the drend of auqjtting
themselves to an ilineaa which has often prifVH fa-

and in a few hours all symptoms nf It driven array
by the tiae of the Columbian Embrocation,—a
preparation which is to be applied externally, and
may in any ease whatever be used with the utmost
