city of Savannah which by contract are subject to dry
culture, is a violation ofthe uue Intent and meaning of

the city, and is manifestly injurious to the health of Um

Aldermen of Uie city of Savannah and the hamlet, there

Section 1. He it ordained by the Mayor and Aldermen
of the city of Savannah and hamlets thereof. That It
shall be the duty of the Mayor, whenever he shall receive
