be tire duty of the Watchman in the Cupola of the Ex
change, to designate the District where such second fire
may occur, by tolling and striking the Exchange bell la

Section 3.—Be it further ordained by the authority

shall be subdued.

duty of the Officers of the Fire Comimny, and of tbs City
Watch, to report all neglects of the duties required by the

Police Court of Savannah, such offender so conYicIsA
