subject to a deduction of one hundred and fify (150)

On the plantation are a Dwelling House and Kitchen, a
Gin House Barn, Cotton House, Overseer's House, and
eight Negro Houses; all except the Dwelling House,
Kitchen nnd Barn in a good state of repair. There is
a spring ortho best water in Chatham county upon the
plantation. The place Is twelve miles by laud from
Savannah, crossing a ferry, and twenty-one bv water;
the Florida steamers touch at the landing whenever
esired.
2nd. Also that valuable Plantation one mile from the
city of Savannah on tho Thunderbolt road called shady
Hall. It was formerly one of Hie best Rice plantations
on the IUver, but is now within tho limits wlicrem Rice
cultivation is prohibited bv Legislative ennetments.—
This plantnUon contains of Low or Swamp land one
hundred and twenty-three (123) acres,and high or garden
and pasture land, filly-three and a hair (33)$) acres.—
The tow lands with proper cultivation can be made to
yield seventy bushels of Corn to the acre and its garden
and pasture land Is unsurpassed. Upon the sale of this
