Superior Court of Chatham County, Iroin any decision
rondo under tho sixth section of tnal act, und also to

to vote for Mayor and Aldermen of said city; and
to prevent persons from voting for such Mayor aud Al-

Sic. 1. lit it enacted by the Senate and Home of Rrprc-
itntaiieee of the State of Georgia, in General Jittembly
ml, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the name,

lencc, any officer duly elected and appointed by tho
Mayor and Aldermen or a majority of them, for that pur
pose shall open a list for tho registration of voters oil
ilie first Monday In January in each nnd oven- year, which
llu shall be kept open until two o’clock I*. M. on tho Drat
Monday In Suptoinbcr ensuing when It shall bo finally

Sic. 4. Re it further enacted by the authority aforteaid,
That It shall ho tho duty of such Clerk or officer, upon tho
