reference to tho city of Savannah, approved December
Bib, 1849, to allow an appeal to *H|>cctal Jury in the
Superior Court of Chnlham County, from any decision
made under the sixth section of that net, and also to
provldo fur tho registry of the names of nil persons en
titled to vote fbr Muynr and Aldermen of mild city; and
to prevont persons from voting for such Mayor uml Al
dermen whoso names are not registered.
Bsc. 1. lie it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
erntatioes of the State of Georgia, in General Assembly
net, and it u hereby enacted by the authority of the eame,
That when any decision of Freeholders shall hereafter bo
m ado under the sixth section or the mild net of December

decision, shall lmvo tho right to appeal therefrom ton
