of who are citizens of tho United Slates. Imvu resided In
the State of Georgia for one year Immediately preceding
the eloctlon and wlthla the corporate limits of Savuiinah
for one month Immediately preceding their registration
and continue so to do up to the time of election, who
have attained the age or twonty-one years, have paid all
city taxes or have In tholr own right sulHclent real cstuto
