He it ordained, etc., That the words "five hundred each’’ bo stricken out, and the words "one thousand each” be inserted. Sec. 11. And be it further Ordained, That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances milita ting against this Ordinance be, and the same are hereby repealed. Done in Council, this seventh day of February, 1868.
