It i# uni v in legund and fab'e
Th« fairls# are with u«, you know ;
K»r Ihe fairies are fi»d, little Mabel.
Aje, >pi and age# aye.
And yet l have met with a fairy--
You needn't gu tbaking y«ue eurla—
A genuine epiril and airy,
Like her who talked nothing but pearls.
You may laugh, if you like, little Mabel,
I know you’re eaeeedingly wise ;
But I’tre seen her a* plain a* I’m able
To aee unbelief in your eye#.
A eaareellou# creature ! I really
Can’t »ny »he l# fined with mug#.
Or reside# in a tulip; but, clearly,
She’# queen of ail beautiful things.
Whenever #be come# I'rutu her castle,
The snow fade# away like a dream,
And the pine cone*, icicle ta«sel
Melts, and drops into the stream.
The dingy gray mo## on the boulder
Takes color like bright burnished steel;
The brook put! its silvery shoulder
Again to the dripping mill wheel.
The robin and wren fly to meet her;
The honey bee hums with delight;
The morning breaks brighter and sweeter.
More tenderly falieth the night.
The roadsides, in pastures and meadows,
The buttercups, growing bold,
For her sake light up the shadows,
With discs of tremulous gold.
Evon the withered bough blossom-,
Grateful for sunlight and rain—
Even the hearts in our bosoms
Are leaping to greet her again.
What fairy in all your romances
Is such an enchantress as she,
Who blushes in roses and pansies,
And sings in the birds on the tree ?

yO ont ul 100 of deaths that annually
occur, are caused by Preventtble Diseases,
and the greater portion of those complaints
would, if Kadway’s Heady Relief or Pills
(as the ease may require) were adminis
tered when pain or uneasiness or slight
sickness is experienced, be exterminated
from the system iu a few hours. Pain,
no matter from what cause, is almost in
stantly cured by the Ready Relief. In
eases of Rheumatism. Neuralgia, Sore
Throat, Diptheria, Colds, Head-ache, Tooth
ache. Cramps. Spasms, Bilious Colic, in
luct all Pain*, Aches, and Infirmities,
either in the Stomach, Bowels, Bladder,
Kidneys, or the Joints, Muscles, Legs,
Arms, etc., will, in a few minutes, yield to
the soothing i::tiu*nce of the Ready Relief.
Kvery family should keep these lile-saving
remedies in the house—can he used on all
occasions, where pain or sickness suddenly
seizes you, or accidents occur—are safe and
rapid in their effects—can be taken or used
by infants as well as adults—and all who
use them, no matter how sick, or great may
be their sufferings—a few hours in the
worst cases, and a lew minutes in ordinary
complaints, will nfford ease and comfort.

yphoid Fever.
This disease is not only cured by Dr-
Radway’s Relief and Pills, but prevented.
If exposed to it, put one teaspoonful of
Relief in a tumbler of water. Drink this
before going out in the morning, and seve
ral times during the day. Take one of
Radway’s Pills one hour before dinner, and
one on going to bed.
If seizes! with Fever, lake four to six *f
the Pills every six hours, until copious dis
charges from the bowels take place : also,
drink ihe Relief diluted with water, and
bathe the entire surface ol the body with
Relief. Soon a powerful perspiration will
take place, tend you will feel a pleas. ;
ant heat throughout the system. Keep
on taking Relief iinni- liately, every four
hours, also the Pills. A cure will tie
sure to follow. The Relief is strengthen
ing, stimulating, soothing, and quieting ; it
is sure to break up the Fever and to neu
tralize the poison. Let this treatment be
followed, and thousands will he saved.
The same treatment in Fever ami Ague,
Yellow Fever, .Ship Fever, Bilious Fever,
will effect a cure in twenty four hours.
When the patient feels the Relief irritating
or heating the skin, a cure is positive. In
ail cases where pain is felt, the Relief
should be used.
Relief, 50 cents ; Pills, 25 cents. Sold
by all Druggists.

principles of the best Jamaica Sarsaparilla,
(Sarsaparillian,) than Ten of tho largest size

The process adopted by Dr. Radway in
securing extracts (prepared in vacuo,) of
Medicinal Roots, Plants, Herbs, and other
vegetables possessing great curative proper

One teaspoonful of the Resolvent is suffi

One teaspoonful, three times per day, will,
in a few days, make the Blood pure, the Skin

and transparent, the Hair strong, and remove
all Sores, Pimples, Blotches, Pustules, Tet

and the dose is small. O
The first dose that U taken seizes on the

ALARMING INCREASE OF BLADDER,
KIDNEY and CALCULOUS DISEASES.
The annual reports of the Health Com
missioners of different cities, show a great
increase of deaths from diseases of the Kid
neys and Urinary Organs—RADWAY’S
, RENOVATING RESOLVENT is the only
remedy that has dissolved calculous concretion.
Its SOI,VENT, diuretic, litkontriptic and
tank properties exceed that of any medi
cine in the world: it readily assimilates with
tho fluids, and promotes their exit through
the Kidneys, Ureter and Bladder, removing
calculous obstructions, and correcting all de
rangements of these organs. (9
So swift is this remedy in passing into the cir
culation, that it has been detected in the urine in
lix minute* after it has been taken ; by adding
to the liquid when cold a few pieces of starch,
then a few drops of nitric acid, tho liquid
will change to a blue color. When brick
dust, or a thick white deposit, like the white
of an egg, (albumen,) is detected in the ves

should be used, and U. R. RELIEF rubbed
