ME NT.
Hie following is the proposed Article of
the Constitution, which must be adopted by
Legislature before the State can be
represented in Congress:
Knotted, by the Senate and House of
hresentatites of the United States of
■lwrica, in Conyress assembled, two thirds
«both Houses concurring, That the follow
logarticles be proposed to the Legislatures
'■ the several States as an amendment to
• constitution of the United States, which,
* Jt|l ratified by three fourths of said Legia-
shall be valid as a part of the

We bcliovo that the adoption of this
Amendment by five of the States now under
going reconstruction is needed to make it a
part of the Constitution.

Court in Bankruptcy, at the law office of King &
Branham, in Fort Yalley, Georgia, and fsiiow
cause why the prayer of the said petition of the
Bankrupt should not be granted. And further
notice is given that tlie second and third meetings
of creditors will he held at tlie same time and
place.
