apian of lots drawn by Edwin V. Sharpe, and
copied in a deed of said lots Jty John Brandon to
Henry T. Nelson. The said lot, No. 3, fronting
on the Summerville Plank Road, or Graded
Road, now called the Augusta Avenue, seventy
five feet, and situate one hundred and forty feet
from Liberty street, and east thereof, and run

street one hundred and seventy five feet; the
northern boundary lino of said lot, No. 1, being
the southern boundary line of said lota, Nos. 3
and 4, and the three lots having been conveyed
to said Nelson by and from John Braudou, re
corded in the Clerk s office of thia county in book
VV, folios 113 and 114. on as the prop
erty of Henry T. Nelsen, to satisfy a fi. fa., on
foreclosure of mortgage, issued from the Superior
Court of Richmond county, in favor of the Sol
