Revenue Commissioner Harjand has decided that if a merchant’s sales during the year, of the class men doped, did not exceed fifty thousand dollars, the total amount of tax due for Ins license, as a dealer, did not exceed fifty dollars. Having paid the ten dol lars upon receiving the license, the re assessment should have been for the sum of forty dollars only.
