MOBILE, March 11.—Cotton.—The telegraphic accounts- received to-day, per "Canada,"put it stop to the general business. A few hundred bnles, of cotton, however, were * sold' at a decline of .1 c.; Efiy 10}c. for good middlings. HAVRE, Feb. 20.—Our Cotton market is very dull, and prices assume u downward tendency; N Orleans middling, our tres ordinarie is worth 07-50f.
