Loans on call are negotiated at from 5 to 6.J- f per cent, according to the Security; prime 60 days paper 6 per cent, and do longer dates 7 to 9. The supply continues adequate to the demand. There is beginning to be some movemett in foreign exchanges 1 for the steamer which leaves Boston next week.
