our acquaintance, and a very prominent member

One oilier friends had experienced great relief from

bottles were used, and in two hours after she could
walk alone! this was on Thursday and the following
Sunday she wnlked to church.
Reader, think. There is not another such a won

of the Tabernacle and, friends of the lady are living
witnesses of the remarkable effects of Radway's
Ready Relief in the cure ofthis cruel altiction in this
lady, in two hours ; where can we find another such
cure performed by any other article of this kind ?

A certain remedy for all fixed pains in the Side,
Chest, Loins, Back, Bowels. Musclea, Rheumatism in
all its varied forms, Nervous Affections, Lungs and
Liver Complaints, Spinal Affections, Female Weak
nesses, etc., etc. For the above complaints this Plas
ter has no equal. The great celebrity which it has
already acquired, not only in the old. but in the new
world, the extraordinary cures it has performed’ in
the most extreme cases of suffering, have acquired
for it such a reputation, that the proprietor has not
until recently been able to supply halt tbo demand.
The sates throughout every city, town and village
in the United States, are without a parallel I
A circumstance not surprising, when the vast a-
mount of human suffering relieved by its use is Con
sidered. In spinal Defects, the benefit usually is of
the most decided character. In Nervous Complaints,
nineteen cases out of twenty readily yield to the pen
etrating stimuia combined in this valuable prepara
tion.
In Rheumatism, either acute or chronic, the claims
of the Hebrew Plaster have long since been univer
sally acknowledged. Those who are laboring under
weak backs, no matter from what cause the weakness
may have originated—even if such persons bnve been
misguided in previous applications in the use of the
Hebrew piaster they will find the .affected part sud
denly restored to its original soundness.
As a supporter in cases of constitutional weakness
it will be found of great advantage. It is particular
ly recommended to Females who are suffering from
sudden weakness, or general debility. In short, it
embraces all the virtues which tile mostscientific mind
was callable of compounding from valuable substan
ces tound in the old world, nnd wiil be found entire
ly free from those objections which are a source of
complaint with the numerous spread-plasters now
before the public.
. These plasters possess tho advantage of be
ing put up in air tight boxes—hence they retain their
full virtues in all climates.

Compound Fluid Ex-tract of Uonyza and
Styllingia
tfAHlS preparation is a Concentrated Extract, con
1 willing all tlie Active Medical Properties of the
Uonyza, (commonly known as Black Root,) and the
Styllingia, or Queen’s Delight.
These plants have been long used among our South
ern Negroes, and recently by the Medical Profession
with the happiest results, in cases of Chronic Rheu
mntisin, Ulcers of long standing, and Secondary
Syphilis. It is much superior to any preparation of
Sarsnpmilla as an alterative, being morcactivo and
prompt in its operation on the system. These facts
have induced the subscribers to present to tho ntten-
to present
tion of Physicians a fluid extract prepared atrictly
cording to Chemical and Parmnceuacal science, de
void ot all the feculent and inert parts of the rt4|3,
not doubting that it will supersede the unscientificand
