Messrs. A. II. Sc I). Sands—Gentlemen : Words cu
but feebly express my feeling* in conveying the pleas
ing intelligence that my wife i* restored to perfect
health by the uso of your invaluable Sursupurilla.—
She was afflicted with a severe cutaneous disease that
covered the whole surfaco of the body, so that it would
have been impossible to touch any purl that wu* Ireo
from the humor; tho head, fiico nnd body were cov
ered with scules like those of a lisli; the liuir fell out
in lurge quantities, and walking caused the most ox-
cruciutiug agonies, as it a fleeted the joints morn se
verely tIiuii any other part. She suffered ulso a long
time from an affectation of the liver, connected with
general debility, nnd a prostration of tho nervous sys
tem. Physicians, both in Europe and Amoricn, had
exhausted the usual remedies, without effecting a euro,
or scarcely affording relief; nnd the best medical skill
was unavailing, until she happily used your Sarauna-
rilla. The disease was pronounced salt rheum, but hor
whole system, internally and externally, was altogether
deranged; but so completo has been the cure, nftor
using the Sarsaparilla for six weeks, and taking in
all less than one dozen bottles, that she now enjoys
better health than for years previous to taking the
Sasapurilla. My object in mulling tliiscommuiicution
is, that all who have suffered ns she has, may know
whore and to whom to apply for relief, (and that not
in vain,) ns a complete cure will be tho result. My
wife unites with me in heartfelt thanks ; and believn
mo gentlemen, yours sincerely,

Messrs. A. B. A: I). Sands—Gentlemen : Lust Spring
I was attacked with Rheumatism in tbo lower part of
my body, extending down to my feet, and so severely
was I affected that 1 could not stnud or move myself.—
I tried ull the different medicine* advertised for this
disease, among which wore several kinds of Sarsapa
rilla, but noun of them did mo any good, and I gave up
all hope of lining cured, when u friend advised me to
trv Sand’s Sursupurilla. I consented, not expoctingit

the happiness of stating to you that tho pain lias left
me, I can walk without any assistance, nnd I am gain
ing in strength ovorv day, which I have no doubt is
owing entirely to the uso of your .Sarsaparilla. 1 send
you this voluntary certificate that tho afflicted may
know what medicine to use to alleviate tlioir sufferings
and effect a cure. Yours, very truly,

AFFLICTED, READ!!!
P hiladelphia medical store—E*ta
ed 15 years ngo by DR. KINKEL1N. The oldest,
surest and host hand to cure all forms of secret dis
eases, diseases of the skin, and solitary habits of
youth, is DR. KINKELIN, N. W. corner Third
and Union-streets, between Spruce and Pine, lh*i
squares from the Exchange, Philadelphia.
TAKE PARTICULAR NOTICE.
There is u habit which boys tench each other, at the
academy or college—a habit iudulgcd iu when by
themselves, in solitude, growing up with the boy to
manhood, and which, if not abandoned in due time,
not only begets serious obstacles to matrimouiul hap
piness, but gives rise to a series of protracted, insid
Sous, und devastating affections. Few of those who
indulge in this pernicious prnctice, are nwaro of the
consequences, until they find the nervous system shat
tered, feel strange nnd unaccountable feelings, vague
fours in tha mind. The individual becomes fbeblo, he
is unable to labor with accustomed vigor, or to apply
his mind to study; his step is turdy and weak, he is
dull, irresolute, the countenance is downcast, the eyes
without nntural lustro, slmmcfacedness is apparent.—
These are symptoms which should awaken the utten
tion of those similarly afflicted.
IF THE VICTIM
Be conscious of the cause of his decay, and having
linquishcd tho odious practice he suffers under those
terrible nocturnal and involuntary emissions, whict
weaken and sliatno him, producing mental and physi
cal prostration. If he emancipate himself before the
practice has done its worst, and enter matrimony, his
marriage is unfruitful, and his sense tells him that this
is caused by his early follies.
Too many think they will hug the secret to their
own hearts, and cure themselves. Alas ! how often
is this a fatal delusion, nnd how many a promising
{ 'outh, who might have been au ornament to society,
ias faded from the earth.
YOUNG MEN I
Let no false modesty deter you from making your
case known to one who, from education und respecta
bility, can alone befriend you. He who places him#
self under Dr. KINKELIN'S treatment, may religious
ly confide iu his honor as a gentleman, and in whose
bosom will be forever locked tho secret of the patient.
COUNTRY INVALIDS
Finding it inconvenient to make personal application,
can, by stating their case explicitly, together with ali
their symptoms, (per letter post paid,) nave forward
ed to them a chest containing Dr. K.’s medicines, ap
propriated accordingly, auc. be cured at home.
Strictures of the urethra, weakness and constitutional
debility, promptly cured, and full vigor restored. Ail
letters post paid.
X remittance of 25 cents in a letter, post paid
addressed to Dr. Kiukclin, Philadelphia, will secure
his Book on the Secret Infirmities of Youth.

Charleston, S. C., March 7,1851
Mr. JFm. Bogle: Dear Sir—Sonio time ago my

using many of the popular articles of the day, a friend
suggested your " Hyperion Fluid," which I was induced
to try, with, I confers, but little hope of success. 1 was,
however, surprised and grutified after a shorttrial to
