A. B. A D.Sands—Gentlemen : Words cun
but feebly express my feelings in conveying the pleas
ing intelligence that my wife i«. restored to perfect
health by the use of your invaluable Sarsaparilla.—
She was atllicted with a severe cutaneous disease that
covered the whole surface of tho body, so that it would
have been impossible.to touch any part that was free
from the humor; tho head, taco and body wero cov
ered with scales like those of a fish; the hair fell out
large quantities, and walking caused tho most ox-
iiciutiug agonies, as it affected the joints more so
rely than unv other part. She suffered ulso a long
no from un affectation of the liver, connected with
norul debility, and a prostration of tho nervous sys
tem. Physicians, both in Europe and America, had
xhuusted the usual remedies, without effect in® a cure,
•only ulfurding relief; and the best med .ail skill
availing, until slio happily used your Sursana-
ri||u. The disease was pronounced salt rheum, but her
vstem, internally and externally, was altogether
deranged; hut so complete has been tho cure, utter
using the Sarsaparilla for six weeks, nnd taking in
all less than one dozen Imltles, that she now enjoys
better health tlinn for years previous to taking the
Sasapurilln. My object in making this communication
' , that all w ho have suffered as she lias, may know
here and to whom to apply for relief, (and that not
i vain,) ns a complete cure will be tho result. My

P HILADELPHIA MEDICAL STORE—Establish
ed 15 years ago by Dlt. KINKELIN. The oldest,

youth, is DR. KINKELIN, N. W. cornor of Third
aud Union-streets, between Spruce nnd Pine, 1^&

TAKE PARTICULAR NOTICE.
There Is a habit which boys teach each other, at the
academy or college—u habit indulged iu when by
themselves, injsolitude, growing up with tho boy to
manhood, und which, if not abandoned in due time,
not only begets serious obstacles to matrimonial hap
piness, hut gives rise to a series of protracted, insid
ions, und devastating nflcctions. Few of thoso who
indulge in this pernicious practice, are aware of the
consequences, until they find tho nervous system shat
tered, feel strange and unaccountable feelings, vague
fears in thu miud. The individual becomes feeble, he
is unable to lubor with uccustomed vigor, or to apply
his mind to study; his step is tardy aud woak, he is
dull, irresolute, the countenance is dowucust, the eyes
without natural lustre, shumefacedncss is apparent.—
These are symptoms which should awaken the atten
tion of those, similarly ajjlictcd.
IF THE VICTIM
Be conscious of the cause of his decay, and having re
linquished the odious practico lie suffers under those
terrible nocturial and involuntary emissions, which
weakeu und shame him, producing mental and physi
cal prostration. If he emancipate himself hofore the
pructice has done its worst, and enter matrimony, his
murriago is unfruitful, uud his sense tells him that this
is caused by his early follies.
Too many think they will hug the secret to their
own hearts, and euro themselves. Alus I how often
Is this a futnl delusion, and how mauy a promising
youth, who might have been un ornament to socisty,
lias faded from the earth.
YOUNG MEN !
Let no false modesty deter you from making your
case known to one who, from education aud respecta
bility, can alone befrieud you. He who places him*
self under Dr. KINKELIN’S treatment, may religious
ly confide in his honor as a gentleman, und in whose
bosom will bo forover locked tho secret of the patient,
Fiuding it inconvenient to make personal application,
cau, by stuting their case explicitly, together with all
their symptoms, (per letter post paid,) have forward

Strictures of the urethra, weakness and constitutional

Mr. Ifm. Jlogle: Dear Sir—Some time ago my

however, surprised and gratified after a sliorttrial to
