1HE UNDERSIGNED having been appoint*

the sale of this old nnd Justly celebrated brand of
Chninpaguo Wine, now calls the attention of the pub

but liy the introduction or a spurious article, and sold
as the Due I)o Montebello Wine, by a pet of fraudulent
imitators of the brand, (many of whom were mulcted
in heavy damages and paid a well deserved penalty
by lino and imprisonment) in conscattonce of these
frauds acting so strongly against tlds lirand, nnd not
wlshiug to have its established reputation tarnished,
tho Due Do Montebello tor years has withdrawn his
NVincs from this country, and most of.hla Wines went
to St. Petersburg and other Courts, preserving Its good
reputation wherever Introduced.
About two years since, however, ho appointed tho
