House in Macon,nr Griffin ; the Cotton tliero to re
main until the blockade Is removed, so that it enu be
fairly sold. Fo-this advance, Interest at seven per
cent will be charged ; also, a commission of per
cent., with Ware House expenses and insurance.
This advance will be made by tho Mechanic*’Sa
