subscription, as prepared at tho Treasury, is annexed.
Already, in other parts of Georgia, v«ry liberal sub*
scriptions have been made, and it is believed that the
planters of this section will respond promptly to the
call of our country upon them. Factors of the plan
t»TB will sell their produce, and for the subscriptions
will reCfive tho bonds of the Government, drawing fi
per cent, interest eemi-ammally. A better investment
cannot be found.
