Circulating Library. r pHE futyerjber proposes opening A CIRCULATING X LIBRARY on the following terms, viz. 1. Nq perlbn to take a hook on loan without depositing the value of it, and if it belongs to a let tlic value of the wliole rnuft he depolited. 2. i'he price per week is 10 cepts for each duodecimo voliime, and id 3-4 .cents for each volume* lets, plays, &c. in proportion to their value. 3. Any person retaining - book longer than (even days niuft pay for two fo on. 4. Any book written upon, torn, cr otherwise materi-. ally abused, must he paid fpr ? or made to the fatisfaclion of the loaner. An additional variety of books Is momently'expefted’ from New York and lloflon; and, should fufticient en couragement be given, repeated additions will be made of such books as may be deemed worthy perusal.
