OTfiCE is hereby given, That John Ctmingham,
late of Savannah, Merchant, who has lately re
moved to Great Britain, did, on the fifth day of January
last, by deed of alignment, duly executed, transfer ami
assign to the fubferiber, all mortgages, judginents, ipec -
ties, notes, books of account, and other of debts
due to the Laid John Ctmingham, and to John
and Cos. for t : e purpose of paving and fatkfying a judg
ment obtained in behalf of Simplon and Davifoit, of London,
Merchants, against tlvp said John Cuningham, in tie m -
cuit Court of the United States for tlie DiftriA ot Georgia,
in the terra of April 1796. All persons indebted to the
laid John Cuningham, or John Ctmingham and Cos. are re
queued to make pyment to the fubferiber before the niat
day of April next, at which time blits wifi be commenced
inuifcriminately against those who fail to comply with this

an execution againu the Rejtfefentativea of the said Edward
Barnard, and pointed cut by the plaintiff.
