ON the petition of ‘lbomas Stone, Hating, tlrat he was poffelTed of a ceitain bond, signed Williani Harden, of South Carolina, for the sum of lixteen hundred pounds, condition for tiie payment of the sum of eight hundred pounds, bearing date on or about tiie thirteenth day of June, one thousand ft veil hundred and eighty-two, a copy whereof; as nearly as the petitioner could recoiled!, was annexed to the said petition, and lodged in th?
