The intention of tlie fubferiber, by allowing the great distance back from the river, is to give fufficient Ipace for carrying on business, erecting of buildings, and making gardens, the foil being solid, remarkably rich, and known by experience to be good for the purpose. \For the furthev information of thole who may wilh to become purchalem the fubferiber has deposited three copies of the lurvev, with tlie depth of water opposite each lot, in the hands of Mr. Robert Harvey, Track! street, Charleston; Thomas Curo m;ng, Esq. at Augusta; and Mr. William Belcher, of this city. The public and the parties immediately interested are hereby cautioned against receiving, or in any wife bar tering for, or paying a bond given by John Hunton, of Waftimgton, in Wilkes county, for tlie sum of 920 dol lars, and a note given by William Adams for 24 dollars, (which laid papers were with the papers of said Richardson at'the time of his decease, and moft probably are now in the possession of a Mrs. O’Neal or Mr. Jacob Cunes) with any other person but the fubferiber, who is the legal admi nistrator, and aifo folly authorized to fettle the Estate by ample powers from the widow of said Rkhardion.
