THE subscribers having their cotton ginning machinery in complete order, which, being impelled by water, will enable them to carry on the bufinefe on an extensive scale, offer to gin cotton, with rollers , on the following low terms: * They will engage to gin, clean, and pack, fit for the black feed cotton, at the low rate of two pence per pound; and, for every hundred pounds of good unginned green leed cotton"tliey may receive they will engage to re-* turn twenty pounds of the fame cotton well ginned and packed, the owners finding tagging.
