FOR SALE,
A TRACT OF LAND on New River Neck* con
taining about 960 acres. This land ‘is well adapted
to tlc culture of cotton and rice, being part swamp, pine,
oak, and hickory land, and open to Tybee Ligiwhoufe;
Upwards of 200 acres of it high frelh marlh, eal'y.to dam
in. There are convenient bluff landings on the river from
J 2 to 14 feet depth of water, and altogether lies very con
venient for dividing into two trails. The range for cattle
good. It is not more than 1 o or 12 miles from Savannah

Jesse Johnson, late of the lame place, deceased, Thcfe are

and creditors of the faiJ deceased to be and appear before
me, at my office, on the 25th day of October next, to

ly, or their legal attomies, at any time after the last day
of December in the present year, the principal sums of
the unfunded or registered debt of the United States, cre
dited on the books of the Treasury, or Commiffiooers of
Loans, will be reimbursed at the Treasury ot* the United
States.
2d, That interest upon tire unfunded or registered debts
