A TRACT OF LAND on New River Neck, con
taining about 900 acres. This land is well adapted
to the culture of cotton and rice, being part swamp, pine,
oak, and hickory land, and open to Tybee Light house;
upwards of 200 acres of it high frefli marih, ealy to dam
in. There are convenient bluff landings on the river from
12 to 14 feet depth of water, and altogether lies very con
venient for dividing into two, trails. The range for cattle
is good. It is not more than 1 o or 12 miles from Savannah
by way. of Wright’s Cut, The terms of sale may be known

to Mr. Archibald Smith, Savannah.

a burn from powder, as he fays.

Champneys, who sent him to one of his plantations on this
iide of Chariefton, from whence he run away four weeks .
