deceased, (liewing to the Court, that it will be of advantage,
and for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of laid Estates,
that Three Undivided Fifths of Two Lots, with the Im
provements thereon, lituate in the citv of Savannah, viz.
Lot N r . 2 (two) Ellis tithing, Heathccue ward, and Lot
N°. 37 (thirty-seven) Franklin ward, fhruld Le fold, and
Hie wing further, that the proprietors pf the other two fifths,
that is to fay, Poulain Dubignon and Grand Groimcle, have
cohfentcd to the- file; it is ordered by the Court, That
nine months p Tlication of this rule lirail be made in one
of the Savannah Gazettes, pursuant to law, and, if no
objections appear thereto, art order so- sale abfolu e will
then be made of the fa id three undivided fifths of the lots,
with tlie improvements thereon, as afore laid.
