ON the petition of Charles Hams, Attorney; for the
Executors of the Elates of Francis Maria L. Dou
mouiTay de la Vauvc, an! of Hyaciathe de (Nxnedelaine,
adeceafed, (hewing to the Court, that it will be ot advantage,
and for the benefit of the heirs and creditois of laid faratts,
that Three Undivided Fifths of Two Lots, with the Im
provements thereon, lituute in tlie city of Savannah, viz.
Lot N°. a (two) Ellis tithing, Keatlicotc ward, and Lot
N O . 37 (thirty-seven) Franklin ward, Ihould be loki, and
(hewing further, that the proprietors of the other two fifths' 1
that is to fay, Poulain Dubignon and Grand Grofmele, have
consented to the Idle; it is ordered by the Court , ddiat
nine months publication oi this rale (hall be made in one
of the Savannah Gazettes, purluant to law, and, if no
objections appear thereto, an order for sale abiolute wul
then be made of the fakl three undivided fifths ot the lots,
with the improvements thereon, as afbrefaid. p ~—

WHEREAS William Tayler hath made application
to me to grant him letters dimiffory on the estate
of Arthur Sharough, deceased, These are therefore to cite
and admonish all and fingularthe kindred and creditois ot
the said deceased to be and appear atmy office, on or before
the 30th day of November next, to shew cause, if any
they have, why said letters dimifforv fliould not be granted.

SHALL be paid to any person who will lodge in the
gaol of Savannah, the'Negro woman FANNY, who
ran away in the month of June last, and has been long
advertised; she has been so fully deferibed that a repetition
is conlidered unnecessary, particularly as she is generally
known in and about the city. The fame reward wdl be
paid on fatisfa&ory proof that she has been carried off by
any master of a vessel, or other person, 1* ivided such person,
*r anv one concerned in her removal, can be come at.
