300 acres, lying on Point Peter Neck, joining land of
Nicholas H. Bugg and Janies Finlay.
A Proprietary Right in the Town of St. Mary, being
One Twentieth of said Town and Common, unimproved.
Those two last ieized and to be lold as the property of
Robert Seagrove, deceased.
At the fame time and place, will be fold,.
The Plantation or Trail of Land called Orange Grove,
on Ogechee, seized as ‘the property of Joseph Day, iX>

Silk Hope, containing 4279 acres, with a good dwelling

thereon; together with all the Stock and Plantation U
tenlils; the above property being so well known 1 requires no
further defeription. •
One Lot of Land, with Improvements thereon, lituated
at Montgomery, about 11 miles from Savannah.
Also, Part of a Lot in the City of Savannah, in Reyn
old’s square, known in the plau of tiie said city by t! e letter
R, with a Brick House and other Improvements thereon.
All that IVaifof Land, containing 400 acres, in Liberty
county, formerly adjoining land of Joliah Powell and
Charles Middleton.
One Town and Wharf Lot in the Town of Ernnfw’.ck,
known in the plan cf said town by No. 13.
Also, Ninety-fix Negroes, and all the Household fur
niture, belonging to the late James Haberlbam, Elq..
The above mentioned property is seized, by virtue of se
veral executions, as belonging t said Haberlbam. Con

ON the petition of Charles Harris, Attorney for the
Executors of the EftaWs of Francis Maria L. Don--
ffiouffay de la Vauve, and of Hyacinthe tic Chapedelaine,
deceased, (hewing to the Court, that it will be of advantage,
and for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of laid Eltates,
that Three Undivided Fifths of Two L.ots, with the Im
provements thereon, situate in the city of Savannah, viz,
Lot N®. 2 (two) Ellis tithing, Heathcote ward, and Lot
N°. 37 (thirty-leyen) Franklin ward, (hould he fold, and
(hewing further, that the proprietors of the other two fifths,
that is to lay, Pouiain Dubignon and Grand GrolVnele, have
consented to tlie sale; it is ordered by the Court , That
nine months publication of this rule liull be made in one
of the Savannah Gazettes, pursuant to law, and, if no
objections appear thereto, an order for sale ablblu e will
then be made of the laid tliree undivided fifths of the lots,
with the improvements thereon, as aforefaid.
