ONE Fourth Part of the Island of St. Catherine, seized
as the property of Joseph Miller.
A Tra<ft of Land in the county of Camden, containing
300 acres, lying on Point Peter Neck, joining land of
Nicholas H. Bugg and James Finlay.
A Proprietary Right in the Town of St. Mary, being
One Twentieth ofTaid Town and Common, unimproved.
Those two last leized and to be fold as the property of
Robert Seagrove, deceased.
At the fame time and place , will be fold,.
The Plantation or Tradt of Land called Orange Grove,
on Ogechee, seized as the property of Joseph Day, Esq.
deceased. -

The following Property.
ALL that Tradt of Land, situated, lying, and being,
in the county of Chatham, known by the name of
Silk Hope, containing 4279 acres, with a good dwelling
houfe, saw mill, and all other neceflary improvements,
thereon; together with all the Stock and Plantation U
tensils; the above property being so well known requires no
further defeription.
One Lot of Land, with Improvements thereon, situated
at Montgomery, about 11 miles from Savannah.
Also, Part of a Lot in the City of Savannah, in Reyn
old’s square, known in the plan of the faidcity by the letter
R, with a Brick House and other Improvements thereon.
All that Tradt of Land, containing 400 acres, in Liberty
county, formerly adjoining land of Josiah Powell and
diaries Middleton.
One Town and Wharf Lot in the Town of Bnmfwick,
known in the plan of said town by No. 13.
Also, Ninety-fix Negroes, and all the Household Fur
niture, belonging to the late James Haberlham, Esq.
The above mentioned property is seized, by virtue of se
veral executions, as belonging to said Haberlham. Con -

ON the petition of Charles Harris, Attorney for the
Executors of the Estates of Francis Maria L. Dou
mouffay de la Vauve, and of Hyacinthe de Chapedelaine,
deceased, (hewing to the Court, that it will be of advantage,
and for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of laid Estates,
that Three Undivided Fifths of Two Lots, with the Im
provements thereon, situate in the city of Savannah, viz.
Lot N°. 2 (two) Ellis tithing, Heathcote“ward, and Lot
N®. 37 (thirty-seven) Franklin ward, (hould be fold, and
Slewing further, that the proprietors of the otlier two fifths,
that is to fay, Poulain Dubign|n and Grand Grofmele, have
consented to the sale; it is ordered by the Court, That
nine months publication of this rule (hall be made in one
of the. Savannah Gaaettes, pursuant to law, and, if no
objections appear thereto, an order for sale absolute will
then be made of the laid three undivided fifths of the lots,
with the improvements thereon, as aforefaid.’

THE Tax Colle&or’s Sales of Lots in Brunswick,
being in. default of taxes fora number of years pad,
which was to commence at the Courtljoufe in the fakl
town of Brunswick, in Glynn county, oh the 18th day of
November instant, are hereby poftpanetL until the 4th day
of January next, in order to allow the proprietors of said
lots a longer time to produce their certificates or receipts,

ABSENTED himfelf from the fubferiber’s plantation,
on tlie 23d of last month, his NEGRO BOY, nam
ed CATO, who usually waited on him as a servant; he is
about 5 teet 9 or 10 inches high, stout made, and nearly
20 years of age, coarse featured and of a dark complexion,
cannot look any one in the (ace with confidence, quick in
his language, and when spoken to is apt to stammer; he
had on when he went away a black beaver hat, covered
partly with an old oiled (ilk cover of the fame color, an
oznabrig shirt and trowfers with white tape (kings at the
•ankles, a second cloth blue (hortcoat, and nankeen waist
coat; also carried with him a pair of nankeen trowfers, with
firings of the fame colored tape at the ankles; he is like
wise remarkable by having loft that part of his right ear
where an earring is generally worn; he is very artful, and
if questioned or accuied will immediately-endeavor to make
his escape. Cato'is well known in and about Savannah,
will endeavor to get on board of fome veflel, as once he
lecreted himfelf on board of a (hip bound to Grenada, and
was returned to me from thence. The above reward, and
all reasonable charges, w 11 be paid, on delivering him at
my plantation, or to the Gaoler at Savannah, aifo if .
proved of his being harbored by any white or black person;
and double the reward will be paid on fatisfadtory proof
that he has been carried off by any Master of a veffei or
other person, provided such person can be prosecuted so as

SIX on cr about the ift of March last,
jj gh A. Negro Fellow named Frar ic,
j _Va blacksmith by trade; he is about 5 feet
10 or 11 inches high, rather of a yellow
- complexion; from a natural bend in his
I,neck his head inclines very much to one
(boulder, so much as to be plainly difeo
vered at a considerable distance. When he firft absented
himfelf it was “fuppwfed he had gone towards Augusta,
where he long resided, and wrought at his trade with his
father. They then both belonged to Mr. William Wal
lace, merchant, and moved with him to this place about
four years ago. Frank is very artful and speaks good
English; he is also very well known in Augusta and Sa
vannah. The above reward, and all reasonable expences,
will be paid on delivering the above fellow to the fubferiber
or the Gaoler of this city. If he returns of his own ac
cord he will be forgiven, but if taken severely puni filed.

SHALL be paid to any person who will lodge in the
gaol of Savannah, tire'Negro woman FANNY, who
ran away in the month of June last, and has been long
advertised; (he has been so fully deferibed that a repetition
is conliclered unnecessary, particularly as (he is generally
known in and about the city. The fame reward wiil be
paid on fatisfadory proof that (lie has been carried'off by
any master of a veflel, or other person, provided such person,
or any one concerned in her removal, can be come at.
