liam Belcher, in the sale of my crop on hand, for clillharg

ON tne petition of Charles Harris, Attorney for the
_ Executors of the Estates of Francis Maria L. Dou
niouflay de la Vauve, and of Ifyacinthc de Chapedelaine,
deceased, feewing to the Court, that it will be of advantage,
and for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said Estates,
that Three Undivided Fifths of Two Lots, with the Im
provements thereon, situate in the city of Savannah, viz.
Lot N O . 2 (two) Ellis tithing, Heathcote ward, and Lot
N°. 37 (thirty-ieven) Franklin ward, should he fold, and
feewing further, that the proprietors of the other two fifths,
that is to lay, Poulain Dubignon and Grand Grofmele, have
con fen ted to the sale; it is ordered by the Court, That
nine months publication of this rule lhall be made in one
of the Savannah Gazettes, pursuant to law, and, if no
objections appear thereto, an order for sale absolute will
then be made of tiie said three undivided fifths of the lots,
with the improvements thereon, as aforefaid.

Euphrata, and Btethefda, (Ophanhoufe estate) the cause
way leading to the I fie of Flope, and on the Skidaway
road, only seven miles from Savannah. A proportion of
this land being adapted for the culture of COTTON, and
the remainder well timbered with pine, is worthy of at
tention; having also the advantage of a fait water cresk
navigable to Thunderbolt river.

Island, on the river Savannah, four miles below the city

the production of COTTON, is exceeding valuable, and
is rendered more so by having frefb water to the westward,
and it being the best situation to ereCt a fortrefs which will
command the north and south channels, as well as the paf
lage fouthwardly by Aeguftine creek; the deepest water
being close to it, it would also be an advantagecus ikuatio*
for wharves and warehouses.

Glynn county, measuring 90 by 180 feet, known by the
No. 156; and the other in Hardwicke, Bryan county,
known by the No. 12.
