MARSHAL’S SALE!
On the frfl Tuesday in Auguf next will be fold , at
the courtboufe in the city of Savannah, between the
hours of XI and 111 o'clock ,
EIGHT FIVE ACRE and TWO SIX ACRE LOTS
OF LAND in Tyrconnel tithing Derby ward, about
a mile from Savannah, agreeable to a plan now in my
pofleffion, and which will be exhibited on the day of sale;
it is good wood land, and the foil excellent for gardens,
very convenient for families; to fatisfy a decree of the
honorable court of chancery against Philip Milledge, and
pointed out by the defendant.

X trail, containing 1800 acres, and the other 1000
acres, postponed from 6th May lad, to be fold as the pro
perty of James Haberfliam, cfq. deceased.
A Two Story House in Broughton-ftreet, occupied by
meffrs. Ralston and Nichols, seized as the property of Ga
briel Leaver, deceased, at the suit of’ the administrators
of George Faries.
Also, The Apparel, Household Furniture, &c. of dr.
Goodwin Wilson, deceased, at the suit of Joy and Hop
kins.
A Trail of Land, containing 1000 acres, originally
granted John Martin, situated in the parifti of St. Philip,
now county of Bulloch or Bryan, on the waters of Black
creek, bounded at the time of survey (in 1768) northwest
by land of James Muter, and on all other sides by lands
vacant, seized as the property of John Martin, deceased,
at the suit of the executors of Stephen Williams, de
ceased.

BOARD OF VISITORS OF THE UNIVERSITY,
Monday, June 16, 1800.
RESOLVED unanimously, That it be recommended
to the Board of Trustees of the University, and it
is hereby recommended, that the fourth Monday in No
vembei, being the 24th of the fame month, fceHhe day
appointed to convene the Senatus Academtcus at the feat
of government; that the President do notify the fame in
the papers of I.ouifville, Augusta, and Savanna 7 ), for the
information of all concerned; and that the Board of Vict
ors do now adjourn to that period.
