on the Coast of Caffraria, the 16th of June, 1796.
Also, a circumftamial Detail of his Travels through
the Southern Defarts of Africa, and the Colonies, to tiie
Cape of Good Hope.
This work is replete With anecdote and adventure, re
lated in a masterly style; and exhibits, in anew point f
view, the manners and cuftmns of a people whom hiilory
liad before treated with injuflice.
