J T i’ON the petition of David Emanuel, president of the
fen ate ot laid Hate, exercising the executive powers
of government, for himfelf and his successors in office,
praying the foreclofure of the equity of redemption of a
trad of land, containing three hundred acres, in M‘lnto'll
county, bounded foutheafiwardly by Sapelo river, weft bv
John Pol'on, fold as the cotffifeated property of Dona!:!
M‘Donald, mortgaged by the laid George I. Hull to his
excellency George Mathews, then governor and com
mander in chief in and over tiie said Hate of Georgia, and
to his successors in office, for the fecunty of the lum of
thirty-two pounds, eighteen (hillings, and one penny half
penny, (equal to one hundred and forty-one dollars and
two cents) contained in a bond from the laid George I.
Hull to the aforefaid George Mathevs, late governor n
forelaid, and his successors in office, bearing even date with
the laid mortgage, and on motion of mr. Bulloch, attorney
general, it is ordered, That the principal, filtered, and
coHs, upon the find bond and mortgage, be paid into court
within twelve’ months from this date, and unless the fame
fiiall be fe> paid the equity of redemption will from hence
forth be foieclofed. Arid it is further ordered, That
this rule be publilhed in one of the -public gazettes of this
Hate, at leafl once in every menth, until the time appointed
lor payment, or served on the mortgager, or his special

UPON the petition of David Emanuel, president of
the senate ot laid Hate, exercising the executive
powers of government, for himfelf and his successors in
office, praying the foreclofureof the equity of redemption
of a tract of land, containing five hundred acres, in St.
Andrew’s parilh, (now MTytolh county) late the property
of Alexander lnglis and Nathaniel Hall, lying on the
Alatamaha river, bounded by the fame to the southwest,
mortgaged by the laid Roger Parker Saunders (in his life
time) to his excellency George Mathews, then governor
and commander in chief in and over the said Hate of
Gtorg’.i, and to his successors in office, for the security
of the ium of ieventy-five pounds, three Ihillings, and one
penny halfpenny, (equal to three hundred and twenty-two
dollars and ten cents) contained in a bond from the said
Roger Parker Saunders to the aforefaid George Mathews,
late governor aforefaid, and his successors aforefaid, bear
ing even date with the said mortgage, and on motion of
mr. Bulloch, attorney general, it is ordered, That the
