February next, and if not fold before that day, tke

ALL that Merely of that Lot of Land', iituated in
Broughton street, city of Savannah, Laroche tith-
Heathcote ward, and known bv the number 2, being
the western moiety thereof.
Also, AJI those Three Lots of Land, fituatec! in the
city aforeiaid, in Carpenter,’;* Row, and known by the nu;.>
bers 10, 11, and 12.
And also, All that Traft of Land, lituated in the (for
mer) parish of St. Philip, containing two hr.ndred acres,
bounded N. E. by Ogechee river, and o . all other sides
by land vacant at the time of the original survey thereof.
Being Part of the Ileal Estate of Herman Herfon, de
ceased, and to be fold under and by virtue of authority
given in the will of the deceased.

Hardwick, i late of the county of Chatham, deceased, as

to file their objections (if any they have) in my office, on
or before the 21st day of November next, otherwile let
ters of administration will be granted him.
