TAKES this method of informing his friends and
customers that their accounts are now ready for de
livery, and as he intends leaving the country early in the
spring there will be an absolute necciTity of coming to a
settlement with all who owe him, as well as those to
whom he may be indebted; he therefore hopes due atten
tion will be given to this notice, to prevent the disagree
able neceflity of having recourse to coercive measures,
which must be the inevitable consequence of neglect.
He further begs leave to inform the public in general,
and his friends in particular, that he has taken Mr. JOHN
RAE in partnership, and solicits a continuance of their

vana, experts to be absent about two months. Any
perlon having buiinefs with him will please, in his ablence,

and Mackay, Nichol Turnbull and George Woodruff,

Notice is hereby given,
That, nine months from the date hereof, I shall
make application to the Honorable the Inferior
Court of the County of Chatham for leave to fell the fol
lowing Trails and Lots of Land, to wit:
AH that trail of land, containing 500 acres, in the
late parish of St. Paul, bounded, at the time of the fur
vcv, foutliweftwardly by Imd of Daniel Nicar, Nathaniel
Woods, and land laid out, northwardly by lands of John
Parker, Daniel Richardson, James M‘Farland, James
Grierfon, and vacant land.
All that trail of land, containing 100 acres, in the pa
rilh of St. Matthew, bounded, at the time of survey,
foutliweftwardly by land of Francis Jones, and on all other
lides by vacant land.
All that trail, containing 500 acres, in the parish of
St. Paul, bounded eafhvardly by land of Thomas John-
Ron, northwardly by land of Edmund Cartledge and Little
Kioka creek, and on all other sides by land vacant.
I hose two lots of land in the town of Sunbury know*
by the numbers 395 and 396.
All that lot of land, ficuatc in the village of St. Gall,
containing 90 feet in width and 195 fr et in length, being
two lots, known in the general plan of the said village by
the numbers 49 and 50, bounded to the east on the com
1110ns of Savannah, now Weft Broad street, to the south
on a street, and to the northward and westward on a lot
belonging to laid village; together with the buildings and
appurtenances unto the fame belonging.
W hich said feverai trails and lots of land are the real
estate of John Sbick, late of Savannah aforefaid, deceas
ed, and will be Ibid for the benefit of the heirs of the said
deceased, pursuant to the ail of Assembly in such case
made and provided.

r) AN AVv A\ from the fubicriber, on the 20th instant,
V A Negro Fellow, by the name of BRAY, 6 feet
high, about 30 years of age, his little finger on his left
hand crooked, two of his upper fore teeth out, had on when
he went away drab trovvfers and jacket, a checked ’fhirt,
which were all the clothes he took with him; he will en
deavor to get to North Carolina, and in all probability will
change his name anddreis. I hereby forewarn all captains
or mailers of vessels from taking away said Negro, under
the penalty of the law. The above reward will be given
to any person who will deliver him to me in Savannah, or
secure him in any gaol, so that I get him again.

THIRTY DOLLARS REWARD.
RUN AWAY, on Thursday night last, the 28th ult.
A Negro Boy , named JACOB or MAY, he for
merly belonged to Mr. John Anderson, baker, is a Guinea
Negro, had on when he went off white overalls, ofnaburgh
ftiirt, blue jacket with a white collar and white pocket
facings, green fwanfdown waiflcoat, no hat or flioes. He
has been seen frequently since about town, goes to th*
daughter pens near Spring Hill, keeps about Yamacraw,
ancl was leen yesterday. The above reward will be p*id
0:1 his delivery at the gaol, or to me, and ONE HUN
DRED DOLLARS if harbored, on convidlion.

200 DOLLARS REWARD.
RUN AWAY, a Negro Wench, named NELLY,
about 42 years of age, thick built, about 5 feet 7
inches in height; she fays lhe is free, and in such an im
posing manner as might deceive the moft cautious. Any
one who shall take up the said Nelly in the state of Geor
gia, and shall lodge her in gaol, or deliver her to the l’ub
feriber, shall receive 40 dollars, re ward; 70 dollars to any
one who shall take her up in the next state, and 100 dol
lars to any one who shall secure her in the third state, and
lodge her in the gaol of the place where taken, or deliver
her to the fubferiber in Savannah. 200 dollars reward will
be given to any one who can prove to convidlion any freo
perlon of harboring and concealing the said Negro Nelly.
All masters of vessels are requested not to receive or carry
off the laid wench, as they may depend, if difeovered, o
being prosecuted to the utmost rigor of the law.
