O. and billiard tables will attend to the following extract of the law puffed on the iff dav of December, 1800: “ That the tax on E. O. and billiard tables may be levied and collected, at any time after the palling of this aCt, wherever focli tables may be found;. an and every tax col lector is hereby required to proceed im mediately ag iinff filch persons keeping fnch tables as is directed in cases of non-payment of taxes on other pro perty. He has been seen frequently since about town, goes to the ft ;tighter pens near Spring Hill, keeps about Yamacraw, and was seen yefterdav.
