and JOHN PATRICK, trading under the Firm of
BENJAMIN MAURICE and CO. is this day diffolvei
by mutual content. Any person having demands upon
that Concern will present them immediately for payment
to Benjamin Maurice, and those who are indebted will
fettle their accounts with him, otherwise they will be plac
ed in the hands of an attorney for Collection.

A NEW MAP//feSTATE/GEORGIA.
HAVING been frequently solicited by my friends in
this and other states to publish A MAP of GEOR
GIA, I have devoted much time and labor for these fix
years past to that objed, and having acquired such materi
als as I approve of, I shall be prepared in a short time to
offer to them, and the public, a Map, which, from its
accuracy, I have the best hope will meet with general ap
probation, and that I shall secure to myfelf (through their
bounty) a handsome emolument as a reward for my induf*
try and perseverance.
The size of the above mentioned Map is 4 feet 6 inches
by 3 feot 6 inches, fufficiently large to exhibit the sound
ings of the ieveral Bays and Inlets, and render it of use to
Mariners. It will be placed in the hands of an Engraver
within the term of four months from this date, where Plates
will be prepared with all poflible expedition.
A number of copies will then be struck off under my
own superintendency in the town of Louisville, and circu
lated through the various states where fubferiptions may
have been obtained. Price for plain Maps 5 dollars, and
for those canvafTcd and elegantly ornamented 8 dollars.
Subscriptions will be received in Louisville at the Sur
veyor General’s Office; at Wafliington, Wilkes county,
by Gen. Meriwether; at Sparta by Martin Martin, Esq.
in Augusta at the Poftoffice, and in Savannah by Major
Thomas Johnson.
