CONDITIO N S.
I. This work will be neat ‘ printed, with a r.ew type,

containing nearly four hundred pages duodecim >.
11. A volume will be publilbed every three months,
neatly bound and lettered, payable on delivery, i cel
lar and 4.0 cents.
111. Suoicribers names will be annexed to the last vo
lume.
IV. An elegant portrait of the Author will he given as
z frontifpiece, executed by the firft American art>ft.

A RESOLUTION in the words following, to wit,

44 state may hate against the Creek Nation of Indians,

having oaffed both Branches of the Legiilature, and re
ceived the a Hunt of the Executive,
It it ordered, That ail persons having claims against
the Creek Nation of Indians, for property of anv dele rip
tion by them taken or plundered, be, and they are hereby
required to transmit the fame as soon as poflible to the Ex
ecutive Department, authenticated in the manner by the
afore recited relblution pointed out.
And it is further ordered , That the following certifi
cate of Horatio Marbury, Esquire, Secretary of the State,
be published in the ft vend Gazettes of this state for the in
formation of the citizens thereof.

leaving port the brig was overfet by a gale of wind; the
mate and four bands were swept into the lka and loft, and
the captain dangerously wounded, the gale leaving the
vessel a mere wreck. After tills dreadful accident there

free to retire to any one of your dwellings which you mav
think the moft expedient. 1 have finch confidence in your
attachment to the colony of St. Domingo as to expec! that

will fce employed in communicating to me your views and
