able neceflity of having recourse to coercive measures,

DESIROUS of conveying that Branch of the River
between and Hutchinson’s Islands into the
River Savannah, the Commifiioners of Pilotage offer to
contrail with any person or persons capable of completing
the fame; for which purpose they will receive proposals
for four months. A Plan of the River may be seen at
the office of the Commilfioners.
